Terms Of Service.

1. Deposits are required to confirm bookings. 

2. Deposits are non-refundable (unless the cancellation is due to the photographer),
but are transferable to other dates and/or persons. 

3. The photographer maintains copyright ownership of the photographs at all times,
unless a contract has been signed stating otherwise.
